Nicole M. Frank
Fort Hays State University
Nicole is an educational developer. She has 25 years’ experience in education, including teaching high school English and college composition courses, and has worked in college faculty support and development since 2010. She earned her B.A. in English from FHSU and her M.Ed. in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University, and she is an Ed.D. candidate at Baker University.

Zhongrui is an instructional designer. She has provided course development support for faculty from various disciplines and provided faculty consultation on effective teaching and learning with technologies. She earned her B.S. in Educational Technology, her M.S. in Distance Education, and her Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies, all from Florida State University.
Seung Gutsch
UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA
Seung is an instructional designer at the University of Oklahoma. She has over 10 years of experience and has collaborated with faculty from various disciplines. Seung holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology, both from Emporia State University.
Lei Wang
AUBURN UNIVERSITY
Lei is an assistant professor (dept) at Auburn University. She previously worked as an instructional designer at Fort Hays State University. She has 15 years of experience across the K-12 and higher education sectors, blending theory-based instructional models with cutting-edge technology. She holds an M.S. in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation, an M.S. in Pedagogical Principles, and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation.
Magdalene Moy

Magdalene is an instructional technologist. She specializes in leveraging technology to enhance the teaching and learning experience. Her expertise includes developing trainings and resources to support the tools within the teaching and learning ecosystem at FHSU. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Learning Technologies from Drexel University.
